I did not stage these photos. No one is crying. No one was bribed with candy. I did not even suggest the boy do any of these things or even ask him to pretend just for a moment his sister existed. I merely observed these miraculous moments and photographed them.
Oh and yes Matthew does have a severe Crystal Light mustache. But when you are photographing miraculous moments, you do not ask the subjects first to wash their face, you just shoot.

Awwww what great photos! It's probably better you did not stage them. When Sarah was little I would have Sabrina hold her to take the picture, but as soon as I took the picture Sarah almost went (or did go) flying off Sabrina's lap a few times. Sabrina was always on to bigger and better things in a hurry.
Hi, I'm Angela (Teal) Amerine's sister-in-law and I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy popping in on your life every now and again. Your blog is fun and light and so much sounds similar to our family (kids 5, 3 and 1).
...and that crystal light mustache makes the pictures even better!
Wow, lots of posts this week! Yea!!

Oh I am seeing graduation slideshow material tonight!
I am so glad he is taking an interest in her. In no time he will be telling her what she can and cannot do and what games to play. He will feel like he has so much control over her that he will LOVE it! He may even start telling Mom & Dad what they are allowed to tell his sister. Hehehe
Love & miss you all.
